The 14th annual Knoxville Tattoo Convention will take place at The Worlds Fair Exhibition Hall on August 14-16, 2026.
The Knoxville Tattoo Convention was created to celebrate the artistry, culture, and community that make tattooing one of the most powerful forms of self-expression. Founded in Knoxville, Tennessee, the convention brings together talented tattoo artists from across the country and around the world for a weekend of live tattooing, art, entertainment, and connection.
Our goal is to create an environment where artists, collectors, and enthusiasts can come together to share their passion for tattoo culture. From world-class tattooing and competitions to vendors, live performances, and special guests, the Knoxville Tattoo Convention highlights the creativity and craftsmanship that define the industry.
Whether you’re looking to get tattooed by an incredible artist, meet others who share your love for tattoos, or experience the energy of tattoo culture up close, the Knoxville Tattoo Convention is built to be an unforgettable event for the Southeast tattoo community.

Attend the show, check out artist portfolios, and speak with an artist in person. It's possible to get tattooed on the spot!

INKFESTS OF KNOXVILLE
Whether you are looking to get your first tattoo or you are looking to complete your bodysuit, the Knoxville Tattoo Convention is the place for you. We will have around 200 artist from across the country all in one place tattooing for 3 days. This is the perfect opportunity to get that new tattoo you have been wanting.
We have artist that specialize in all styles so if you are looking for a traditional tattoo, a portrait of a loved one, some bold color or some super soft and smooth black and gray, we will have the artist for you. We look forward to seeing you at Worlds Fair Exhibition Hall August 14-16, 2026.
Everyone will have a chance to get tattooed and pierced by some of the best in the industry. View a complete list of attending artists, under the artists tab on our website. Attendees will also enjoy burlesque performances, human suspension, tattoo contests, Body jewelry, and unique vendors. This 3-day live tattooing extravaganza will be something you will not want to miss! WFEH is a cashless venue, we will accept cash or CC at the door.
